On February 14, 2024, we hosted a dynamic youth dialogue session at the Koteba Health Center Training Hall as part of the YCI project. The discussion brought together health professionals, teachers, students, and young people.

Our primary focus was on the sexual reproductive health challenges faced by adolescents and youth. Dr. Mulubirhan highlighted current health issues affecting this demographic. During the dialogue, we delved into critical topics such as early marriage, pregnancy, sexual intercourse, injuries, substance abuse, abortion, and harmful traditions.

To address these pressing concerns, we call upon parents, educators, health professionals, government bodies, and the media to collaborate actively and fulfill their respective roles.

Together, we can empower our youth and create a healthier future!!
